Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy
Items that you purchase will ship out 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. In the event of any type of delay, ThriftFirstAvenue.com™ will make an effort to inform you by phone, email or via our website ─ on the product detail page.

Priority mail via USPS is our standard shipping method however, the method can change based on the type of product purchase. Other methods include FedEx and UPS. Unfortunately, the shipping method is controlled by the product so, we can not honor the customer’s shipping vendor preference.

Priority shipping usually arrive within 7-9 business days of purchase. For items that qualify for faster shipping, you will see the options for overnight and 2-day delivery within the shopping cart at checkout.

ThriftFirstAvenue.com™ ships to any valid postal address within the world. At the moment, we are not able to ship to post office boxes.

Return Policy
1. Non-Returnable Items
Damaged items are non-returnable. If you refuse to accept delivery of an item purchased and if the purchased item is undamaged, you will have the responsibility of paying for all delivery charges connected to the delivery of the merchandise to and from your location.

2. Standard Return and Exchange Policy
All merchandise may be exchanged or returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund, minus the original shipping cost. Exchanges can be made for a replacement of the same item. If the item is a one-of-a-kind or not in stock then you can select and item that has the same price. 

How to return an item?

3. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) / General Required Procedures
Returns to ThriftFirstAvenue.com™ require an RMA number. To request an RMA# please click here to send an email to our customer service department. Please include your order number and RMA request in the first line of your message. (order number is on your invoice copy) You will receive an RMA number back from us by email within 3 business days. The RMA# that we provide will be valid for 14 days from the date we sent it. Please be sure to boldly display the RMA# on the shipping label of all of the boxes containing returned merchandise.  Be sure to ship all returns via freight prepaid and double-boxed with the RMA number displayed on the outside of each shipping box along with the number of boxes shipped. back under a specific RMA number (for example, 1 of 3, 2 of 3,  3 of 3). Items returned to ThriftFirstAvenue.com™ without an RMA number will be shipped back to the customer at his/her own expense. You must ensure that any item you return to ThriftFirstAvenue.com™ include original packaging and all items to be exchanged or returned. If there are items missing, ThriftFirstAvenue.com™ will not be able to process your return/exchange and issue you a refund. An item returned for a replacement may be replaced at ThriftFirstAvenue.com™ 's discretion, unless otherwise required by law. Items available through ThriftFirstAvenue.com™ are subject to our specified terms and conditions. Items that have been damaged by the customer are not returnable.

4. Concealed Damage
If any of the items have damage but, there is no apparent problem with the outside of the box. Please notify us of any concealed damage discovered within 7 days of receipt of equipment.

5. Concealed Shortage
This occurs when you receive an incomplete order. Shortage claims must be filed within 3 days of receipt of the merchandise. ThriftFirstAvenue.com™ will investigate claims by comparing shipment weights to anticipated weights of the product and packing materials. ThriftFirstAvenue.com™ has a database of weights for master cartons of all products. ThriftFirstAvenue.com™ may deny your claim if there is no verification of a concealed shortage.

6. Wrong Items
Please email us immediately regarding any mistakes on your order. We need to hear about problems within 4 business days of order receipt. It also helps us to maintain accurate inventory for all our customers.
