ThriftFirstAvenue.com exists to help people have good economical shopping habits.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
All items purchased from Thrift First Avenue may be returned or exchanged by mail within 30 days of receiving it.

What condition is your merchandise in?
All Thrift First Avenue merchandise is either new or gently used (almost new). Each item has a note about its condition on the item details page. All gently used items are either dry cleaned or freshly laundered.

Do you add items on a regular basis?
Yes. We add items as we receive them. See "Newest Items" to see what's in.

Can I submit merchandise to sell?

Who do you use for shipping?
We use the United States Post Office (USPS), UPS and FedEx Ground.
